マレイ・ペライア ピアノ・リサイタル  中止のお知らせ

３月に来日を予定しておりましたマレイ・ペライア氏より、体調不良による医師からの強い勧めのため、3月初旬から始まるアジア・ツアーを全て中止せざるをえない、との正式な申し入れがございました。
このため、3月21日（水・祝）に予定しておりました「マレイ・ペライア　ピアノ・リサイタル」につきましては、誠に残念ではございますが、公演を中止いたします。
チケットをご購入いただき、公演を楽しみにされていた皆様には心よりお詫び申し上げますとともに、事情をご賢察いただき、ご了承賜りますよう謹んでお願い申し上げます。
　
なお、ご購入いただいたチケットについては、順次払い戻しいたします。当方にてご連絡先が判明しているチケットご購入者へは別途詳細をご案内申し上げますが、ご不明の点につきましては、

チケットの返金および返金手順のご案内については、主に下記のとおりとなります。

●SAFメンバーズ会員の方：ご登録口座に返金（郵送でもご案内いたします）
●SAFチケットセンター（電話・オンライン）、彩の国さいたま芸術劇場・埼玉会館窓口でご購入の方：
　郵送、メールまたは電話にてご連絡

●その他プレイガイド（ぴあ、イープラス）でご購入の方：各プレイガイドから所定の方法にてご連絡

※発券済みのチケット原券をお持ちでない場合、原則としてチケット代金はお戻しできません。

CANCELLATION OF CONCERT

Murray Perahia Piano Recital 

It is with great regret that we announce the cancellation of the concert, Murray Perahia Piano Recital, originally scheduled on March 21, 2018.
 

This is due to the report of Mr Perahia's health condition, which unfortunately made his doctor and himself to decide he has to give up the entire tour schedule in Asia including Japan. We are very sorry to learn the fact and hope he will return on stage soon.  We thank you for your understanding.

Ticket holders will be receiving a refund for the full face price of any tickets purchased. 

●SAF Members 
The refund will be made directly to your registered bank account. A refund notice will be sent by post.

●Customers who purchased tickets at/through:
SAF Box Office & SAF Online Ticket >
       We will call you at your registered telephone number, e-mail or send a refund notice by post.

Other ticket agencies > 
       The refund will be made through individual agencies. 
       They will contact you & please follow their instructions.
