 「ピアノ・エトワール・シリーズVol. 32 ケイト・リウ ピアノ・リサイタル」中止のお知らせ

11月に来日を予定しておりましたケイト・リウ氏は、肩から腕にかけての激しい痛みのため、担当医師から演奏活動を控えるようにとの診断を受けました。
　
このため、11月11日（土）に予定しておりました「ピアノ・エトワール・シリーズ Vol.32 ケイト・リウ ピアノ・リサイタル」につきましては、誠に残念ながら公演を中止とさせていただきます。
　
公演を楽しみにしていてくださった皆様にお詫び申し上げますとともに、何卒ご了承賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

なお、ご購入いただいたチケットについては、10月18日（水）〜11月30日（木）まで払い戻しいたします。
※エトワール・シリーズ・セット券をお求めいただいたお客様には、当該公演チケット代相当額をご返金いたします。

当方にてご連絡先が判明しているチケットご購入者へは別途詳細をご案内申し上げますが、ご不明の点につきましては、

CANCELLATION OF CONCERT

Piano Étoile Series Vol.32
Kate Liu Piano Recital 

It is with great regret that we announce the cancellation of the concert, Piano Étoile Series Vol.32 Kate Liu Piano Recital, originally scheduled for November 11, 2017.  This is due to the report that Ms Liu is having severe pains in the shoulder and the arm, which unfortunately made her doctor and herself to decide she has to give up performing in Japan. We are very sorry to learn the fact and hope she will return on stage soon.  We thank you for your understanding.

Ticket holders will be receiving a refund during the period between October 18 and November 30 for the full face price of any tickets purchased. Annual tickets holders will be receiving a refund for this specific recital only. 

●SAF Members 
The refund will be made directly to your registered bank account. A refund notice will be sent by post.

●Customers who purchased tickets at/through:
SAF Box Office & SAF Online Ticket >
       We will call you at your registered telephone number, e-mail or send a refund notice by post.

Other ticket agencies > 
       The refund will be made through individual agencies. 
       They will contact you & please follow their instructions.
